99bdt Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 99bdt platform (available at 99bdt.im and any associated mobile or web application), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player") and 99bdt (the "Operator") with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, games, or products offered on 99bdt; in the event of any conflict between such specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion, game, or product only.

99bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99bdt will notify registered players via the platform's announcements section or by email to the registered address on file. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. Any translation provided for convenience is not legally binding, and the English version shall govern in all circumstances.

To register an account and use the 99bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 99bdt platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation complies with local regulations.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a 99bdt employee or business partner in a capacity that could present a conflict of interest.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform as a means to launder funds or engage in any other unlawful financial activity.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 99bdt may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 99bdt account credentials, including your username and password. 99bdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of protection. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or friends.

You agree to notify 99bdt support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your password, or any other security breach involving your account. 99bdt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us in a timely manner or where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 99bdt platform. If you wish to change the primary mobile number, email address, or payment method associated with your account, you must contact the support team and complete any required verification steps. Account details cannot be transferred to another person.

99bdt supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted with the ৳ symbol. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

Deposits are credited to your 99bdt wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the case of mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, confirmation is typically near-instantaneous. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of initiating the transaction, you should contact support with your transaction reference number so the matter can be investigated promptly.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 99bdt finance team during standard processing windows. The following general conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification tier for the withdrawal amount requested.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 99bdt account.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be either completed or forfeited before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• 99bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle.

99bdt does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, and 99bdt is not responsible for any such third-party charges. Currency conversion fees may apply for card-based transactions where the originating card account is not denominated in BDT.

From time to time, 99bdt offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all 99bdt promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed the minimum required KYC verification. 18+
• A player may not hold more than one welcome bonus concurrently. Subsequent welcome-type bonuses will be voided if a player attempts to claim them on an account that has already received such an offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Any bonus and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the account.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will be consumed before real-money funds on eligible wagers unless the platform specifies otherwise.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, structured betting to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in permanent account closure.

99bdt will never retroactively alter the wagering requirements on a bonus that a player has already accepted and is actively wagering through. If you believe the terms of a bonus applied to your account are inconsistent with those published at the time you opted in, please contact the support team with reference to the original promotion communication.

All games available on the 99bdt platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, published within the game interface itself or in the game provider's publicly available documentation. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99bdt platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending or recent withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation, and all bonus balances will be voided. 99bdt reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

99bdt provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain service continuity and platform reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and 99bdt will endeavour to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bdt's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 99bdt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 99bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 99bdt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
